Salmon with Coconut Sauce & Balsamic


    • 3 3oz salmon fillets
    • 0.5 tsp balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tbsp coconut sauce
    • 1/2 tsp honey
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
    2. Season salmon fillets with sea salt to taste, garlic powder and dill
    3. Melt butter in pan over med-high heat
    4. sear sides of salmon about 2-3 minutes and remove from pan
    5. Combine coconut sauce, honey, balsamic and pepper to taste in small dish
    6. Place salmon in a shallow baking dish
    7. Pour sauce over salmon and bake 10 minutes, remove from oven and serve with your favorite sides!
