Baked Lemon Garlic Wild Salmon


  • 3 Salmon Steaks
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped


  1. Preheat Oven to 350°
  2. Combine ingredients together in a small bowl (except salmon)
  3. Place salmon in a baking dish and pour mixed ingredients over salmon
  4. Add sea salt & Pepper to taste
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish is flaky and done
